Pacesetter Marketing is currently seeking an ambitious and knowledgeable individual to take on the roles of Marketing Coordinator. This position will entail duties in market research, marketing plans, statistical interpretation of data, online survey conducting, and social media. The individual selected for this role will be encouraged and supported to chart a path for professional growth within the company. All members of the Pacesetter team are provided with opportunities to contribute to the company’s ongoing growth and success.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
•A Business Degree
•Experience working in the real estate sales, marketing or development sectors.
•Strong work ethic and an interest in new multi-family residential real estate.
•Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
•The ability to prioritize conflicting tasks and meet tight deadlines.
•Strong professionalism, personal confidence, and is adaptable, and committed to contributing to a cohesive team environment.
•Strong writing skills
•Experience and knowledge in marketing and real estate is an asset.
Preferred Degree(s):
Alumni (all degrees), BCom (non Co-op)
